Shower Filtration — is the housing the same as the replacement filter?
They are separate products. The Helfy Shower Filter Housing is the outer housing; the 15 Stage Shower Replacement Water Filter is the replaceable filtration cartridge. Check the product details for what is included and confirm cartridge and connection compatibility before ordering.
Replacement Filters — how do I find the right cartridge?
Match your replacement to your existing system: drinking-water filters and shower cartridges serve different products. Check the model and compatibility details before ordering. If you are unsure, send us the product name or a photo through our contact page.
